Here it is - Every time we visit the SG Factory, we come across something that reminds us why the 70 Sunny Years is so special. And this time, we found yet another absolute gem.
You’ll notice that our page has become a destination for some of the most exceptional 70 Sunny Years bats, and this one is right up there with the best we’ve had. A beautiful piece with a thick oval handle, 44 mm edges, a 30 mm toe, 106 mm of face width and a 67 mm plus spine. The grain structure is simply phenomenal, running beautifully from the front all the way to the toe and continuing onto the back. It also features a touch of hardwood on the inside edge for the right handed batter.
This is Grade 1 willow at its finest. The bat weighs 1185 grams, but the USP of every 70 Sunny Years, as I’ve mentioned before, is the incredibly special pickup. These bats have a way of picking up much lighter and much later than their actual dead weight suggests. This particular piece picks up around 1155 to 1160 grams and feels absolutely effortless in the hands.
Beautifully poised, stunning grains and an incredible feel. Simply one of the finest pieces you can get from our store. This is the best of the best. This piece is currently available at our store and carries an MRP of ₹2,00,000.
