Refund policy

At Vipin Sports, we take great care in checking and packing every order before dispatch. As we deal in specialised cricket and sports equipment, we do not offer returns or exchanges simply due to a change of mind, incorrect selection of size, weight, specifications, or personal preference.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are considered final once the order has been dispatched.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product has been received damaged, defective, or has a genuine manufacturing defect.

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, along with clear photographs and/or videos of the product and its packaging. Our team will review the issue and guide you through the next steps.

Any resolution for a damaged or defective product will be subject to verification by Vipin Sports and, where applicable, the respective brand.

Cricket Bat Warranty

Cricket bats purchased from Vipin Sports are covered by the manufacturer’s handle warranty, wherever applicable. Depending on the brand and model, the handle warranty generally ranges from 6 to 12 months from the date of purchase.

Please note that the warranty applies only to the handle and does not cover the bat blade.

In the event of a valid handle warranty claim, the bat must be shipped back to Vipin Sports. After receiving the bat, we will send it to the respective brand/manufacturer for inspection and handle replacement, as applicable.

Once the brand completes the warranty service and the bat is returned to us, we will dispatch it back to the customer.

All courier and shipping charges associated with sending the bat to Vipin Sports and returning it to the customer under a warranty claim shall be borne by the customer.

The final decision regarding warranty eligibility, repair or replacement rests with the respective manufacturer/brand, subject to its warranty terms and conditions.

Important

Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, improper storage, inadequate maintenance, accidental damage, or damage resulting from the use of the product are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

We strongly recommend that customers carefully review the product specifications, including size, weight, grade, profile and other details, before placing an order. Our team is always available to assist you with product selection before purchase.
