Here’s another absolute stunner from DSC, and this one is a proper player’s bat. The DSC Split Players Edition, David Miller’s bat, finished in a gorgeous dual shade and carrying that distinctive DSC semi duckbill player profile. Weighing just 1175 grams on the scale, it is a beautifully balanced and well built bat.
It features 41.5 mm edges, a substantial 33 mm toe, thick shoulders and a thick semi oval handle. The bat picks up beautifully and feels exceptionally good in the hands, especially for a bat with this kind of profile.
And then there’s the willow. Almost 14 to 15 beautifully straight grains are visible across both the front and back, complemented by that striking dual shade. But what really makes this one special is how it feels once you pick it up. The pickup is superb, and the ping is even better. One of those bats that immediately makes sense the moment you hold it.
